Must you use IE? It's a bit rubbish.
If you must...
Click this link and choose 'Open'.
Click 'Install Certificate'.
Click Next.
Click Next.
Click Finish.
You'll be warned that your house may catch fire, your cat might run away and that the certificate may take your daughter for a ride on its motorbike. Just say yes, it's fine.
